Job Description

In this on-site role, you will work with small businesses by helping them maximize the results of their Social Media advertising campaigns. These outgoing calls will be to existing customers to help them grow their business by enhancing the performance/ROI of their advertising. You will be trained on the customer's products/services as well as on customer advocacy, sales techniques, and processes. This position is located at our Sully’s Trail headquarters in Pittsford, convenient to Routes 490 and 96.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to and work on-site at our headquarters in Pittsford
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Proactive mindset to identify issues and opportunities as well as to best communicate with clients
• Experience using social media, and excited about how to use it for advertising/business purposes.
• Flexible/responsive to evolving client needs to grow their business on the advertising platform
• Highly motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented
• Ability to take direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
• Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• At least one year of experience working in a digital marketing/online sales organization or related field
